Thai Basil Fried Rice is a quick and easy 20-ish minute meal! Cooked in a sweet and salty sauce with a little heat and a lot of basil. It is vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Heat oil, add vegetables, sauté until tender.

Add the rice to the veggies, stir, cook till crisp.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Add sauce to rice, add basil. Stir, serve & enjoy!
