- 3/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew...)
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 heaping tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the chips, to a bowl and stir well to combine. You may find using your hands is the best way to get everything evenly mixed.
- Add in the chocolate chips and stir one more time. Grab a spoon and enjoy! You can also roll the cookie dough into bite sized balls for easy snacking!
