For all the pizzas:
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Pizza Crust
For the Mushroom Herb Pizza:
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the BBQ Hawaiian Pizza:
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- A few slices of red onion
For the Loaded Veggie Pizza:
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon sliced olives
Instructions
Prep the pizza crust:
- Make the Gluten Free Pizza Crust according to the directions. Pat the dough out into 4 rounds and par bake according to the instructions. Set the par baked crusts on a wire rack while you prepare the toppings.
Freeze the pizzas:
- Top the crusts first with the sauce then half of the cheese, the toppings, and the remaining cheese. Wrap each pizza securely in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. Place in the freezer on a flat surface until you are ready to use them.
Bake the pizzas:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Unwrap the pizza and place it directly on the oven rack. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve!
Notes
- If you want to prep and freeze all four crusts, plan to make two of one type of pizza.
- You can also bake the pizzas immediately before freezing. Just bake them at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbly.
