A low sugar smoothie with blueberries, cacao powder, protein powder, avocado, and spinach.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 serving of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
Instructions
Freeze the smoothie:
- Add all the ingredients into a zip top bag and stash in the freezer.
Make the smoothie:
- Add the contents of the bag into the blender along with 1 cup of almond milk (more or less for a thicker/thinner smoothie). Blend until smooth and serve.
