Description
These Garlic Green Beans are crisp-tender, buttery, and infused with garlic! The crispy bits of sautéd garlic become irresistibly crunchy.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 oz. (1 pound) green beans, ends trimmed
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced - more or less to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until the green beans are bright green, a little charred, and about three quarters of the way cooked through.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and lover the heat to medium. Cook, stirring often, until the garlic is golden brown and the green beans are crisp tender. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Butter - feel free to use vegan or regular butter.
