- It get's its strawberry flavor from real berries! Nothing artificial.
- It's paleo, gluten free, and can be made vegan.

How to make a Strawberry Matcha Latte:
Blend: Add the almond milk, honey, and matcha to a blender. Blend until it's smooth and without any clumps.
Infuse: Pour it into a jar with the strawberries. Transfer to the fridge and let the strawberries infuse the tea for at least 30 minutes. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Storage?
Store your strawberry matcha in a jar in the fridge for 4-5 days. The strawberry flavor will continue to intensify over time, so you may want to strain your berries out once you've reached your perfect flavor profile. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Let’s talk matcha for a minute?
Matcha is an ultra healthy green tea powder! There are different grades of matcha from culinary to ceremonial, and for any drink application, you will want to reach for the ceremonial stuff. It is the most flavorful and least scrunch-you-face-up bitter.
The real way to whip up this drink is with some special matcha tools like a scooper, whisk, sifter and matcha bowl. This undoubtable creates a beautiful, tasty, elegant cup of tea, but I am team blender all the way.
Since I have yet to master the art of whisking matcha (you're supposed to do it in an M shape, I think?), for me it is easier, more convenient, and much quicker to chuck the matcha, milk and sweetener in the blender and give it a whirl.
The matcha mixes in without clumps, there are less dishes to clean, and it creates a soft foam on the top of your drink. Which, for a foam lover like me is HEAVEN.
Best types of matcha to use for a latte
For the best tasting matcha latte, you want to use ceremonial grade, not culinary grade. Cerimonial grade has the most flavor with the least amount of bitterness. Also make sure that it's shade grown for the highest nutrient count.
