- 2 slices of Udi's® Gluten Free Multigrain Sandwich Bread
- 2 tablespoons Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese (recipe below)
- 4 slices cucumber
- 1 leaf of romaine lettuce
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons sprouts
Instructions
- Spread one piece of bread with the cream cheese. Top with the veggies and the second slice of bread. Enjoy!
