Peppermint Frosted Brownies are an easy holiday dessert recipe! Studded with chocolate chips, smothered in peppermint frosting, and ready in 30 minutes!

- 1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Mix, Brownie
- 1 jar Simple Mills Frosting, Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Fresh mint leaves and dairy-free chocolate chips, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the package directions. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- While the brownies are cooling, stir the peppermint extract into the frosting.
- Spread the frosting over the brownies from edge to edge. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate chips, if using. Slice and serve! Store any uneaten brownies in the refrigerator.
