This easy Gluten Free Banana Cake has rich banana and deep brown sugar flavor with a sweet and tangy cream cheese frosting. Vegan adaptable.

Make the buttermilk with almond milk and vinegar.

Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in eggs, vanilla, banana, and flour.

Mix in the buttermilk  and bake.

Make the frosting with butter and cream cheese.

Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Once the cake has cooled, frost generously!

Refrigerate to let the frosting set. Enjoy!
