Gluten Free Biscotti!
Gluten Free Biscotti are made with nutty almonds and baked twice until golden brown and perfectly crisp. Dunked in rich chocolate
Recipe
Mix gluten free flour, baking powder & salt.
Mix sugar, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla & almond extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir in almonds.
Use your hands to form the dough into two logs.
Bake and slice the logs into 1-inch wide cookies.
Place back on the sheet pan and bake again.
Once they have cooled, dunk in melted chocolate.
