Recipe
In a liquid measure, mix together the vinegar & milk.
Stir in the egg, oil, and vanilla extract.
Whisk flour, baking soda, cocoa, and salt.
Add wet ingredients to the dry. Mix in the hot coffee.
Divide the batter into a 12-count muffin tin and bake.
For the frosting, mix butter and powdered sugar.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla, and frost the cupcakes.
