Gluten Free  Cinny Raisin Bread!

Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread with chewy crust, soft fluffy interior, and sweet cinnamon, and just the right number of juicy raisins. Whole grain and vegan!

Stir together the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let the yeast bloom.

Stir in the psyllium husks and set aside to thicken.

Add the flour, raisins, and mix until a dough forms.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Once risen, form the dough into a log and place it in an oiled pan.

Cover with a tea towel and let rise for 45-60 minutes.

Once risen, bake for 55 minutes until golden and fluffy!

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
