Gluten Free Graham Crackers are perfectly crisp, but still tender, sweet, nutty, and irresistible. This recipe can be baked crisp or soft. Vegan optional!
In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, stir the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix.
Roll the dough between sheets of parchment.
Cut into rectangles and prick with a skewer.
Bake crackers on a baking sheet until golden.
