Artisan Gluten Free Honey Oat Bread has a golden crust, sweet interior, and chewy oats. Whole grain and vegan adaptable! Required just 8 ingredients.

Stir warm water, yeast and honey. Let the yeast bloom.

Stir in psyllium husks and set aside to thicken.

Shape the dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl.

Cover the dough with a tea towel and let rise for 1 hour.

Once risen, kneed he dough, form into a ball again.

Place in a proofing basket. Rise for another 45 minutes.

Gently tip the dough onto a pan. Bale for 55-65 minutes.

Let the bread cool,  slice and enjoy!
