Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup is simmered with thyme, sage, and cinnamon for a warming and flavorful meal! Vegan, gluten free, and healthy.

Cook the onions in  butter until softened.

Stir the sweet potato, broth, applesauce & pumpkin in.

Simmer and cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.

Use an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.

Return to pot, stir in the maple syrup and enjoy!
