This tofu sushi is ultra satisfying, filling, and just as good as takeout! You’ll never believe how easy it is to make at home!
Cook the sushi rice then stir in rice vinegar & agave.
Spread rice on a sheet pan, then put in the fridge to cool.
Spread the rice in an even layer on top of the nori.
Top with tofu and veggies.
Roll tightly and slice. Serve and enjoy!
