This Vegan Pecan Pie is every bit as rich, sticky, and custardy, without eggs or butter. It has the classic rich, nutty, caramel flavor!
Bake pecans for 7-10 minutes until fragrant.
Prick the crust, fill with pie weights, and bake.
Stir the filling ingredients together until smooth.
Stir pecans, pour into crust & bake for 30 minutes.
