Learn how easy it is to make vegan sushi at home! These rolls are filled with  sushi rice, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and avocado! Mix up the veggies or add tofu if you'd like!

Cook the sushi rice according to the package directions.

Once cooked, stir in the unseasoned rice vinegar and agave.

Spread the rice on a sheet pan in an even layer.  Let cool.

Use wet hands to spread the cooled rice onto a sheet of nori.

Line up the veggies in the center of the rice. Roll tightly.

Slice with a sharp knife and serve with your favorite sauces!
