Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls!
Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls have a savory wild rice and mushroom stuffing, are topped with a rich tomato sauce, and baked until tender.
Cook the wild rice in salted water until tender.
Sauté the onion, mushrooms and garlic. Stir in the spices.
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
Add some of the sauce and rice to the filling.
Add filling to cabbage leaf. Roll like a burrito.
Cover remaining sauce and bake until tender.
Cool slightly, serve the rolls and enjoy!
