Artisan Gluten  Free Bread!

This Artisan Gluten Free Bread recipe is soft and chewy on the inside with a nice crusty exterior. 100% whole grain and made without starches, eggs, or dairy!

Whisk together the gluten free flours in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Stir warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let the yeast bloom until frothy.

Stir in the psyllium husks and set aside to thicken.

Add to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into a ball. Cover and rise until doubled in size.

Place in a floured proofing basket and rise for 45 minutes.

Place the bread on a sheet pan, score the top, and bake until golden brown!
