Veggie Tots are baked until they are golden brown and crispy. Easy, healthy, and loaded with a sneaky serving of vegetables and are the perfect side to burgers and sandwiches.

Cook the quinoa as the packages directs.

Mix the garbanzo bean flour & water until smooth.

Pulse veggies in the food processor until chopped.

Stir in the veggies, quinoa and seasonings.

Using wet hands, form the mixture into logs.

Bake until golden, turning halfway through. Enjoy!
