Stir warm water, yeast & maple. Let the yeast bloom.

Stir in psyllium husks and set aside to thicken.

Add to the flour, olives & mix until a dough forms.

Place dough in a proofing basket. Let rise.

Gently tip the dough onto a sheet pan.
