Spiced Pear Oatmeal – fresh pears, cinnamon, and maple syrup combine for a cozy Fall flavored breakfast recipe. Gluten free and vegan. Made in one pot with pantry staples!
Bring water & milk to a simmer. Stir in oats & salt.
Cook until the oats are tender and creamy.
Stir in the pears, walnuts, maple and cinnamon.
Cover, and let it sit for 1 minute to soften the pears.
Top oatmeal with walnuts, maple & cinnamon & enjoy!
