These Apple Cider Vinegar Drinks are a surprisingly sweet way to add the health benefits of AVC into your day! These fruity drinks can all be made in 5 minutes flat!

For Cherry Limeade:
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 5 drops stevia (or to taste)
For Blueberry Ginger:
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger powder
- 7 drops stevia (or to taste)
For Concord Grape:
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup organic no sugar added concord grape juice
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 10 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)
Instructions
For Cherry Limeade and Blueberry Ginger:
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and enjoy.
For Concord Grape:
- Add all the ingredients to a pitcher or jar and stir. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Notes
Stevia: I add just enough stevia to get what I consider a perfect sweet/tart balance. If you're not sure how much stevia you would like to use, start small and add to taste.
Storage: Each recipe makes 4 cups. I’ve been known to sip my way through this in one sitting, but these drinks store well in the fridge. Pour into a jar and place in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
