Units Scale

For Cherry Limeade:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 5 drops stevia (or to taste)

For Blueberry Ginger:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger powder
  • 7 drops stevia (or to taste)

For Concord Grape:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup organic no sugar added concord grape juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 10 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)

For Cherry Limeade and Blueberry Ginger:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and enjoy.

For Concord Grape:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher or jar and stir. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Stevia: I add just enough stevia to get what I consider a perfect sweet/tart balance. If you're not sure how much stevia you would like to use, start small and add to taste.

Storage: Each recipe makes 4 cups. I’ve been known to sip my way through this in one sitting, but these drinks store well in the fridge. Pour into a jar and place in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
