This Almond Spiced White Russian recipe is a fun holiday twist on the traditional cocktail! For a dairy free drink, almond milk gets steeped with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg to infuse this beverage with flavor.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 10 whole allspice berries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup vodka
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and maple to a small saucepot. Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove from the heat, add in the almond extract, place a lid on a pot, and let steep for 15 minutes. Transfer to the fridge to chill.
- Once the almond milk has chilled, add in the coffee liqueur and vodka, and stir.
- Place ice in a glass. Pour the cocktail over the ice and serve.
