There are some healthier popsicle options out there, and with my popsicle eating speed, I definitely rely on some store bought pops, but I also love to make some at home when I have the chance. And these Berry Matcha Latte Popsicles are one flavor that you can't find in stores. They are creamy dreamy, sweetened with honey, flavored with matcha, and full of juicy berries. It's ice cream meets popsicle meets matcha latte in the best of all worlds.
And in the spirit of easy going summer weather, these Berry Matcha Latte Popsicles are a breeze to make. A good blender does all the heavy lifting for us. We just arrange the berries in the molds, pop everything else in the blender, pour into the molds and get on our summer loving way.

These 5 ingredient Berry Matcha Latte Popsicles with Honey Drizzle are a delicious no-cook 10 minute dessert! Made with creamy coconut milk and naturally sweetened these pops are dairy-free and paleo!
Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced blackberries
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 2 cans of coconut milk
- ⅓ cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon matcha
Instructions
- Divide the berries evenly between the cups of an 8 popsicle mold.
- Add the coconut milk, honey, and matcha to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold cups and place in the freezer for an hour and a half. Remove the popsicles from the freezer and add in the popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer and freeze overnight.
- Just before you serve, remove the popsicles from the mold and drizzle with honey.
