In the summertime, I am always reaching for a popsicle.

If I need a mid-afternoon snack to cool me down? Popsicle.

Post dinner sweet treat? Popsicle.

Mid-morning frozen treat whim? You guessed it, popsicle!

There is something about these frozen fruity treats that I can't pass up on hot summer days. They are just so refreshing, juicy, and flavorful!

There are some healthier popsicle options out there, and with my popsicle eating speed, I definitely rely on some store bought pops, but I also love to make some at home when I have the chance. And these Berry Matcha Latte Popsicles are one flavor that you can't find in stores. They are creamy dreamy, sweetened with honey, flavored with matcha, and full of juicy berries. It's ice cream meets popsicle meets matcha latte in the best of all worlds.

And in the spirit of easy going summer weather, these Berry Matcha Latte Popsicles are a breeze to make. A good blender does all the heavy lifting for us. We just arrange the berries in the molds, pop everything else in the blender, pour into the molds and get on our summer loving way.
