Instructions

If using homemade cha concentrate, let the concentrate cool at room temperature. At this point you can use it to make a latte or pop it in the fridge for later use.

Pour equal amounts of chai concentrate and milk over ice.

Notes

8 oz latte ratios: mix 1/2 cup chai concentrate and 1/2 cup milk.

12 oz latte ratios: add 3/4 cup chai concentrate and 3/4 cup milk.

16 oz latte ratios: add 1 cup chai concentrate and 3/4 cup milk.
