Description

This Blackberry Kombucha Vodka Smash is a light and refreshing cocktail recipe for summer nights! This low sugar drink is made healthier with kombucha.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz ginger kombucha
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 springs thyme, leaves removed from the stem

Instructions

  1. Divide the berries and thyme leaves between two glasses. Using a smasher, or wooden spoon, smash the berries until the form a jam-like consistancy. Fill the glasses to the top with ice. Add in the vodka and top with kombucha. Stir the drink to combine and serve. 

Notes

  • To make this a mocktail, omit the vodka and follow the recipe as written.
