Craving some dairy free milk chocolate? Try this 2 ingredient recipe that creates a soft smooth truffle-like bar that melts in your mouth! All you need is some dark chocolate, coconut milk powder, and 10 minutes to make this dreamy dessert.

- 10 ounces dairy-free 72% (or less) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk powder
Instructions
- Add the dark chocolate into a glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is melted.
- Stir in the coconut milk powder and pour into chocolate bar shaped silicone molds. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature, remove from the molds and enjoy!
- If you don't have a mold, let harden in the bowl, scoop it out with a spoon and roll it into truffles!
Notes
This bar is sweet, but just slightly sweet. I love the creaminess mixed with the bitter dark chocolate. If you would like a sweeter more traditional milk chocolate taste, add in a few drops of stevia!
