Craving some dairy free milk chocolate? Try this 2 ingredient recipe that creates a soft smooth truffle-like bar that melts in your mouth! All you need is some dark chocolate, coconut milk powder, and 10 minutes to make this dreamy dessert.




  1. Add the dark chocolate into a glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Stir in the coconut milk powder and pour into chocolate bar shaped silicone molds. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature, remove from the molds and enjoy!
  3. If you don’t have a mold, let harden in the bowl, scoop it out with a spoon and roll it into truffles!


This bar is sweet, but just slightly sweet. I love the creaminess mixed with the bitter dark chocolate. If you would like a sweeter more traditional milk chocolate taste, add in a few drops of stevia!
