Description

This Detox Cranberry Cherry Smoothie is packed full of flavor and antioxidants! The perfect 10 minute healthy breakfast or snack recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pitted sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup cranberries (fresh OR frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 inch slice ginger root (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! You may need to use a tamper or scrape down the sides as necessary. Enjoy!

Notes

For a nut-free smoothie use soy milk or flax milk in place of the almond milk.
