A closer look at what's on our Vegetarian Charcuterie Board:

  • Emerald® Glazed Walnuts & Emerald® Glazed Pecans: the perfect sweet, crunchy, crave-worthy nuts
  • Spreadable cheese wheel: tangy, smooth & spreadable perfection
  • Sliced cheese: I went with a spicy vegan jalapeño havarti for a pop of spice

  • Dried figs: jammy, sweet, and delicious
  • Olives: a salty and briny complement to our glazed nuts and sweet fruit
  • Crackers: the crispy crunchy vehicle for cheese, more cheese... and then even more cheese

While a perfectly arranged charcuterie board looks impressive as all get out, they are secretly easy to put together. As in no cooking required and ready in 10 minutes.

Last-minute company? Bring it on.

When arranging a charcuterie board, I like to start with the larger items. I take the three largest ingredients and place one in the center and the other two on opposing sides. From there, I start filling the board in with the smaller snacks like glazed nuts, olives, and crackers.

Keep filling and arranging until the board looks bountiful.

And while charcuterie boards are famously party food, don't count them out for a fun weeknight meal! We often make a smaller board and place it on our coffee table. Then, we fill up our plates and have the best snacking dinner around.

Perfect for nights when you pull out card games or snuggle in for a movie.
