Description
Funfetti Gluten Free Mug Cake - a light and fluffy cake with vanilla and sprinkles. Naturally sweetened with maple and vegan!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 3 tablespoons oat flour, certified gluten free if needed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sprinkles
Instructions
Add the almond flour, oat flour, and baking powder right into your mug. Stir with a whisk until evenly mixed.
Add the maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract and mix until a batter forms. Stir in the sprinkles.
Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
Notes
Oat Flour: buy it at the store or grind your own oat flour in your blender or food processor!
Almond milk: you can use any milk in this recipe.
Sprinkles: I like these naturally colored sprinkles.
Sugar Free: For a sugar free mug cake, replace the maple syrup with more milk and add stevia to taste.
