Description

Green Garden Sauce! The freshest, healthiest, most flavorful all purpose sauce around. Made with avocado and herbs. Perfect for pasta, as a dip, and a spread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups loosely packed herbs and greens (I usually do a 1/2 cup each basil, spinach, cilantro, and parsley - but any combo will work)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water (as needed to thin out the sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade. Process on high until the sauce is smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary to fully incorporate all of the ingredients. The sauce will store in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
