Healthy Vegan Hot Chocolate Mix! A four ingredient mix that is low in sugar and big in chocolate flavor! Store it in the cupboard and enjoy anytime. Made with cacao powder, and naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and stevia. Cinnamon and vanilla boost the chocolate flavor, and optional reishi mushroom boosts the immune system and relieves stress.


  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 4 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red reishi powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder (optional)
  • 1/16th teaspoon stevia, or more coconut sugar to taste


Make the mix: Add all the ingredients to a jar and shake until well mixed.

Make hot chocolate: Heat a cup of non dairy milk (or half milk half water) on the stove until steamy. Add in a rounded tablespoon of the mix and whisk well. Optionally, transfer to a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
