Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 4 cups coconut water
Instructions
- Add your coconut water and matcha powder to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and there are no clumps of matcha present. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Notes
If you like your matcha creamy, top your latte with some coconut milk to taste.
So excited about this drink! Love getting coconut into my diet and matcha is a great alternative for coffee for this pregnant mama. However, I hate to use the blender in the mornings in fear of waking my toddler. Do you think this is something where I couldn't make a batch the night before or for several days and it wouldn't get weird?
