Lavender Bath Soak is an easy DIY recipe that can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and promote restful sleep.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops vetiver essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the epsom salts to a medium bowl. Drop in the essential oils and stir to combine well. Add in the lavender flowers and stir again. Transfer to the lidded container of your choice. 
  2. To use: draw a warm bath just before bedtime, or anytime you are looking to destress. Add in 1 cup of the soak and stir it to dissolve into the water. Relax and enjoy the aromas.
