Description

Dairy Free Mexican Green Goddess Dressing is packed with fresh cilantro, bright lime, and zesty jalapeño. Made super quick and easy in the blender! Using dairy free yogurt makes this sauce both paleo and vegan! It’s perfect poured on salads, drizzled on grain bows, and spooned onto tacos.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt (this homemade recipe or store bought)
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro, stems are fine!
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4-1/2 of a jalapeno pepper (seeded and deveined for a milder spice)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
