Mexican Green Goddess Dressing is here with her big flavors, perfect thick consistency that hugs vegetables and coats lettuce, and gorgeous pastel hue.

She is full of fresh cilantro, bright lime, zesty jalapeño (don't worry, you can customize your level of spice here), and tangy dairy free yogurt with a touch of sweet agave.

How to make Dairy Free Mexican Green Goddess Dressing:

Here's the thing. This dressing is Easy with a capital E.

All the fresh herbs, chili, yogurt, lime. All of it. Gets tossed into a blender and blended until it is creamy and beautifully pastel green. Taste and adjust the seasonings with maybe an extra pinch of salt or squeeze of lime. Another chunk of jalapeño if you're feeling wild. Whatever she needs.

Description

Dairy Free Mexican Green Goddess Dressing is packed with fresh cilantro, bright lime, and zesty jalapeño. Made super quick and easy in the blender! Using dairy free yogurt makes this sauce both paleo and vegan! It’s perfect poured on salads, drizzled on grain bows, and spooned onto tacos.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup dairy free yogurt (this homemade recipe or store bought)
  • ½ cup packed cilantro, stems are fine!
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼-½ of a jalapeno pepper (seeded and deveined for a milder spice)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
