- ½ cup dairy free yogurt (this homemade recipe or store bought)
- ½ cup packed cilantro, stems are fine!
- 2 scallions
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1-2 teaspoons agave
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼-½ of a jalapeno pepper (seeded and deveined for a milder spice)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
