On busy mornings, you'll be thanking your lucky start that you have Paleo Superfood Cereal on deck. This healthy breakfast is packed full of nuts, seeds, and fruits for a satisfying start that will keep you full until lunch. Make a big batch in 10 minutes and then enjoy it all week.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond meal
- 3/4 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a jar or lidded storage container and shake to combine. Store in the fridge for quick and easy breakfasts.
- In the morning, add a heaping 1/2 cup to a bowl. Top with milk and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes to plump up. Add berries and more milk if desired. Serve.
