- 1 large avocado
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups coconut milk ((from a carton))
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup (, adjusted to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, into a blender and blend until silky smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds. Cover and let chill in the fridge for 4 hours, or until the chia seeds have plumped up. Serve with desired toppings.
