Sparkling Immunity Juice is the tastiest way to stay healthy! This bubbly drink is made with fresh orange juice, ginger, turmeric, and naturally sweetened with honey!
This post was published several years ago, but I thought it was time to bring it back to the top of the feed!
World, meet Sparkling Immunity Juice. AKA the slightly effervescent, pleasantly sweet and tangy, juice that is packed with ingredients that will boost our immune system from the inside out.
I have been drinking it 1) because DELICIOUS (most importantly) and 2) I trust it to bump up my immune system no matter the time of year.
But don't let the fancy pants name fool you.
This drink uses everyday ingredients to bolster our immune systems. No need to order camu camu powder or elderberry syrup for this recipe. Those ingredients are super immunity boosters to be sure, but the chances that I have them in my cupboard is slim.
So today we are reaching for more common, yet powerful, "superfoods".
What ingredients are in sparkling immunity juice?
Oranges are high in vitamin C. Say hello to the prime ingredient of those over the counter fizzy immune system drinks. Whether you prefer it in a tablet or out of a packet, these drinks rely on Vitamin C for their immune bolstering powers. Vitamin C can help to improve immune function as well as improve overall health. Since the orange juice is squeezed fresh by our own hands (or juicers) in this recipe, we can be sure the juice is nutritious as possible. Bottled and frozen juices loose nutrients in pasteurization.
Ginger is an immunity hero. It can activate white blood cells that destroy viruses. Ginger also warms the body and helps to break down and prevent the accumulation of toxins in the body which make us more susceptible to infections.
Turmeric has been climbing the popularity chain recently, and for good reason. I make sure to eat turmeric every single day. It helps the body do about one million different things (okay, slight exaggeration), but specifically relating to immunity, it helps your body fight off bacteria, viruses, and fungi that can make you sick.
This pleasantly fizzy drink may taste like a fruity cocktail, but it is seriously good for you! Drink it to keep your immune system strong year round. And drink it because it tastes gosh darn delicious.

Can this be refrigerated for sales?
Laurel says
Hi Tinuade, as long as you don't add the sparkling water until just before serving, the juice will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Thank you for this. I have been searching for ways to help myself feel better. I have a couple of chronic illnesses. I know it’s not a cure all, but it’s a small step and small steps can help so much.
