Melt in your mouth Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge is made with just 2 ingredients and one bowl! This silky smooth candy is paleo, vegan, and can even be made keto!

Two stacks of sliced chocolate almond butter fudge with almonds.

This Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge is silky soft and melt-in-your-mouth smooth. It's loaded with the flavors of rich dark chocolate and nutty almond butter in perfect balance. And it is the easiest fudge recipe around because it is made with 2 ingredients, one bowl, and in under 10 minutes.

I think we've struck the fudge pot of gold, here.

This fudge is made with just dark chocolate and almond butter making it low in sugar and full of healthy fats.

You can even increase and decrease the sweetness based on the percentage of dark chocolate you use. If you fancy a sweeter fudge, go lower on the percentage (around 60-70% should do). Want something that is more bittersweet? Grab a bar that is 70% and up.

Heck, want something sugarless and keto friendly? Use a high quality stevia sweetened chocolate bar or use unsweetened dark chocolate. The options are yours!

So grab your chocolate, grab your almond butter, pull out one bowl and a spatula, lets make Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge!

All that you need to do is melt the chocolate, stir in the almond butter, pour this delightful mixture into a rectangular container to set and pop it in the fridge. In an hour or so, what was once a tub of melty chocolate fudge will set up into a sliceable slab just waiting to be cut and devoured.

Since this fudge has such a high fat content, it is pretty soft at room temperature. So, unless you fancy eating your fudge with a  spoon (no judgement here!), you want to store it in the fridge.

Then you will also want to grab a slice and snack on it every time you open the fridge. Or is that just me?

Description

Melt in your mouth Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge is made with just 2 ingredients and one bowl! This silky smooth candy is paleo, vegan, and can even be made keto!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt if using unsalted almond butter

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan or rectangular storage container with parchment paper (I used a rectangular storage container that was about 5x8 inches) and set aside.
  2. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 50% powder for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is melted, then stir in the almond butter.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepped container and place in the fridge to set. Once set, slice and serve. Store any leftover fudge in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For keto fudge, use a quality stevia sweetened or unsweetened chocolate bar.
  • For paleo fudge, use a coconut sugar sweetened, stevia sweetened, or unsweetened chocolate bar.

What weight of chocolate? Using cup measurement will produce widely differing amounts depending on how finely it's chopped

Hi Cass, Thanks for pointing this out! This recipe is very unfussy and turns out well regardless of weight. I have made it with chips, hand chopped chocolate and chocolate chunks all with good results.
