The real star of our Cranberry Orange Gin Fizz comes in the form of our homemade cranberry sauce. It is naturally sweetened with a dash of maple syrup, so you can save your sugar for dessert. The sauce uses fresh (or frozen) cranberries for maximum flavor. Just simmer your cranberries in maple and water until they are soft and jammy.

Then stir this show-stopping homemade sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour over ice. A topping of sparkling water is the final touch to put the fizz in this Cranberry Orange Gin Fizz.
