The sauce uses fresh (or frozen) cranberries for maximum flavor. Just simmer your cranberries in maple and water until they are soft and jammy.
Then stir this show-stopping homemade sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour over ice. A topping of sparkling water is the final touch to put the fizz in this Cranberry Orange Gin Fizz.

Very yummy and refreshing ! Once I mixed it all together I strained it to get rid of all the seeds then added the club soda . I added some pomegranate arils on top with a sugared rim . Delicious!

This is a good cocktail, I made it for Christmas. It was very pretty with sugar crystal rims, sugared cranberries and orange peel. All of the ingredients were bitter and sour so it could use a bit more sweetness for balance. It’s not too strong, which is probably a good thing at a holiday party.
