This Pumpkin Seed Rosewater Face Mask is a hydrating and detoxifying facial all-in-one! It will gently clean pores and banish blackheads while hydrating your skin. Great for all skin types - including sensitive.
I was lucky enough to win the Holy Grail of skincare genetics: combination skin. Skincare is a battle of knowing which product to use. Lotion for my dry skin? Toner for my oily patches? And masks? Brightening? Hydrating? Pore minimizing? Do I just use parts of them on parts of my face? A splotch here, a splotch there, and end up with a camo pattern that could rival the Army’s best?
Any combo ladies (or gents?) with me on this one?
It is always a precarious balance of using products that don't pacify one skin type just to aggravate aggravate the opposite. Walking the skincare isle feels like walking a tightrope.
This Pumpkin Seed Rosewater Face Mask has been a saving grace. It somehow works magic on all skin types. Dry, oily, even sensitive, it has you covered.
It pulls toxins out of pores, reduces oil, helps to get rid of blackheads, and minimizes pores. But many masks that boast these properties are strictly clay based, and can tend to dry out skin that isn’t overly oily.
When you use this Pumpkin Seed Rosewater Face Mask, it will take longer to dry than some masks, around 30 minutes. As it dries it does everything a good clay mask can, but in a gentler way. It will leave your skin hydrated and glowing.

This Pumpkin Seed Face Rosewater Mask gets its balancing powers from a handful of high-quality ingredients.
We made rosewater a few weeks ago and we are bringing it back for this Pumpkin Seed Face Mask. Rose water is hydrating, skin tone evening, and balancing.
Pumpkin seeds, oh pumpkin seeds. Would you have ever though to put these on your face? Me either. Until I read a magazine with a recipe for a mask using these shiny green seeds. Apparently, these salad toppers are full of vitamin E, zinc, and vitamin C which can all increase firmness, lift the skin, and deeply hydrate without producing excess oil.
A skincare original, honey can prevent acne thanks to its antibacterial properties. It can slow down aging thanks to its stores of antioxidants. It is moisturizing and can give your skin a serious glow.
What would one of my facemask recipes be without a little clay? Bentonite clay is a life saver for oily, dirty, or acne-prone skin. The small amount called for in this recipe is just enough to detox our skin and minimize our pores without leaving it overly dry or irritated.
This isn’t an ingredient per say, but without a high-speed blender, this mask will be hard to make. We will soak the pumpkin seeds in the rose water overnight to soften them, but you will need a sturdy blender to whirl them into a paste.
