Honey Matcha Almond Milk is a 3 ingredient big batch latte recipe that makes your morning routine easier. Make it on Sunday, and reheat it on busy weekday mornings.
This has been my secret weapon for quick and speedy morning matcha lattes.
You know the drill. You wake up thinking about your morning matcha latte. Make your way to the kitchen. Pull out your matcha, sweetener
, bowl
, whisk
, and sifter
if you're feeling extra inspired. You heat up your water. Heat up your milk, and get to work.
For that one latte, you've spent 10 minutes and dirtied several pots and utensils. There is something comforting about the ritual, but on rushed morning, I just need to quickly whip up my matcha as I am rushing out the door.

I want a quick morning drink with all the benefits of a matcha latte. The focused energy. The extra pep in your step. The oodles of nutrients swimming around in the beautiful green liquid.
That's why I leave the sifting and whisking for lazy weekend mornings and reach for our Honey Matcha Almond Milk during the week.
I make this batched version of a matcha latte on Sunday, and then reheat it throughout the week or serve it over ice depending on my mood and the state of the always changing weather in the PNW.
How do you make matcha almond milk?
All it takes to make this is your favorite almond milk, matcha, and honey.
If you're feeling extra inspired, you can make your own almond milk like the recipe shows. It adds a step, but you only have to do it once to enjoy matcha lattes all week long. And bonus, you are getting one ingredient almond milk. No additives or fillers. Just super fresh and crazy creamy.
Then, dump all your ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth (I love this tip since I don't actually own a matcha whisk!), transfer your batched milk into a jar and reheat in the mornings.
Out the door we go with our quick and easy Honey Matcha Almond Milk latte.
