Amazing :)
Thank you!
Thank you! Very excited to make this.
Do you need to peel the ginger?
Hi Jenn! You shouldn't need to peel the ginger. When you pour it through a fine strainer or coffee filter, it should strain all the skin bits out :) Hope you enjoy!
Bye bye inflammation! We love using ginger to soothe our digestion and reduce inflammation. It makes us feel great and we get so much more bang for our buck compared to the tiny $4 shots at the health food store.

I always feel like this time of year everyone in my family gets sick so this is the perfect drink for us! It is immune boosting and has so many other benefits too!
Perfect addition to add in a morning smoothie for that extra immune boost!
★★★★★
I have to admit- I am not a huge ginger fan! But this juice made with honey is the best one I have found! With all the sicknesses going around- this is a great go to!

Can you freeze this?
★★★★★
Hi Nilou! Absolutely :) It should keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How much do you drink to get the benefits?
Do you have a measurement chart or portion chart?
What is 5oz ginger? Is this 1 inch ginger?
What is 1/2oz tumeric? Is this 1/2 inch tumeric?
It will help to put in bracket if you are not showing picture the portion to use for the recipe or point to a chart to check.
Measurements for fresh, ground, liquid & tbsp/cups need to have a specific to compare or estimate.
Hi Odelia, since fresh ginger and turmeric are hard to measure in cups (since each piece has such a unique shape) you will want to use the produce scale in the grocery store, or a home kitchen scale, to measure out your fresh turmeric and ginger in ounces. Ground spices will not work in this recipe. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
